A New Format

We’re shifting our discovery model to spotlight individual roasters. Instead of mixing roasters in a single drop, you’ll get to experience a deeper range of beans from one roaster at a time. This allows you to:

• Taste how roast profiles differ even for coffees from similar origins.
  
• Build a clearer understanding of each roaster’s unique approach and style.

This month, we are excited to partner with Nine Lives Coffee Roasters, an up-and-coming specialty roaster from Penang. Known for their careful and clean processing methods, Nine Lives produces cups that shine with clarity and elegance - floral Ethiopians, vibrant Colombians, and more adventurous lots from Kenya and Ecuador that surprise with distinctive tasting qualities.
