Tanat has a wide variety of brewing recipies for their coffees on their website. For a V60 brew, they recommend the following guidelines:

Brewing Temperature

• Water at 92°C

Brewing Ratio

• 1:16-1:17 ratio

Feel free to shorten the ratio to adapt to your preferred brew strength.

Brewing Time

• Total drawdown time should be 2:00 – 2:30 minutes
